Turkey is a huge country with a colourful and diverse birdlife, culture and history that sets it apart from most other Mediterranean wildlife destinations. Turkey has more than 439 bird species, 280 species breed here. Without doubt Turkey is Europe's second biggest bird migration routes' key country. Every year thousands of flamingos, pelicans, ducks, storks, waders, geese and raptors fly over it to their wintering grounds. That makes the observation of the migration unforgetable and unique.

Our trip starts at the Karacaoren lake. Around the lake is very interesting endemic Oriental Sweetgum forest, a paradise of mediterranian flora and fauna.

Day of birdwatching in Yazili canyon national park. This national park with its' gorges is a real kingdom of wilderness. It is hidden between the mountains where a snow water river makes spectacular natural pools. We'll have oportunity to enjoy swimming in one of them.

Kovada national park is a heaven for nature lovers. Quiet and untouched with a real sense of freedom. Here we can see not only birds, but also martens, squirrels, foxes and linxes.

Travelling high up to the breath - taking snowy peaks of mountain ranges near Sutculer town. We'll search for the majestic flight of a couple of Lammergeier and spend the remaining time to walk the kingsroad of St Paul to Adada. Adada is an ancient city, where till our days are left: roman bath, water cisterns, market place and tempels. From here we go to high plato of nomads in Toto.

After the breakfast we continue our journey to the town of Barla with 320 years old Cedar of Lebanon trees (15 m high). Peak view to Egridir lake marshes and wetlands. Lunch in a local fish restaurant in Egridir lake side. We'll have time for short sightseeing (bazaar, mosque), shopping and relaxation in turkish bath.

Through the apple tree plantation fields to mountainous highlands of Aksu town. We'll drive to the southwestern reedy marshes and wetlands of Beysehir lake. Where we'll observe bird breeding collonies on the islands of the lake.
